I see my story as one of new beginnings — of starting over, staying determined, and embracing change with both grace and grit. I’ve always believed in showing up fully — steadfast, passionate, and unafraid of hard work.
From a young age, I learned the value of movement and mindfulness.
My childhood psychologist once told me that the best thing I could do for my mental health was to exercise, eat well, and get good sleep. I took that advice to heart and built my life around it.

I grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, with my single dad and brother after my mother was diagnosed as bipolar disorder when I was four. That experience shaped me deeply — I lived with both compassion and a determination to nurture my own mental wellness.
I attended Francis Marion University, a small southern liberal arts college, where I had the honor of serving as President of Kappa Delta Sorority. At 23, I married and spent the next 20 years as a pastor’s wife. Together, we raised five incredible children and spent six memorable years living in Europe — where my youngest son, Roman, was born in my favorite city, Paris.
After my separation, I started my own health and wellness business — just as my youngest began preschool. I’ve been a single mom of five for nearly a decade now, and it has been one of my greatest teachers. I’m proud of so many things: teaching all five of my children to read, rebuilding my credit after financial hardship, running two marathons and a half marathon, birthing five children naturally, and creating a cozy, quirky little home on the water — a lifelong dream come true.
One of my hardest yet most transformative chapters was navigating post-divorce relationships with my now adult and near-adult children. Through deep reflection, therapy, late-night tears, hard conversations, and endless grace, we’ve built the healthiest relationships we’ve ever had. We’re not perfect — but we’re honest, authentic, and safe with one another, and that’s everything.
My business has grown alongside me. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients of all ages ranging from 18 to 87. Each coaching relationship has reminded me of the power of empathy, curiosity, and hope.
Today, I’m deeply grateful for my health, my family, and this ever-evolving journey. I love walking, weightlifting, catching the sunrise, reading, and cheering on my kids as they pursue their passions.
Life has been full of challenge, beauty, and wonder — and I’m honored to walk alongside others as they discover their own strength, clarity, and new beginnings.
